Online Sessions
Many clients find they relax even more deeply when they’re in their own home, without the stress of driving, rushing, or sitting in a waiting room. For online sessions, I recommend: a quiet, private space headphones or AirPods for the best experience a fully charged device giving yourself a little time before and after your session, if possible.
