This comprehensive 12-session program is designed to help you transform your relationship with food, body, and health by addressing the underlying thoughts, emotions, and habits that impact your weight and well-being. Each session builds upon the previous, creating a structured yet flexible framework for lasting change.

Program Terms: All 12 sessions must be used within the program timeframe. This is a use-them-or-lose-them program, with no refunds for unused sessions.
